Lockouts

Please remember to take your room key with you whenever leaving your apartment.

An $93.50 after-hours call-out fee applies if staff are required to provide access outside Reception hours.

Check-Out

Check-out time is 10:00am.

Should you require a late check-out, please contact Reception. Late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Housekeeping

Guest rooms are serviced daily.

If you do not require housekeeping, simply display your Do Not Disturb sign outside your room.

Additional towels, linen or guest amenities are available upon request. Please contact Reception if you require any assistance.

Watching Foxtel

Press the Home button on the Foxtel remote to access the main menu. From here you can browse Live TV, TV Guide, Movies, Sports and TV Shows.

Casting to the TV

Select Casting from the Home menu, then scan the QR code displayed on the TV. Connect your device to the Casting Wi-Fi network, follow the on-screen prompts and enter the PIN shown on the TV. Once connected, open your preferred streaming app and tap the Cast icon.

Swimming Pool

The outdoor swimming pool is open daily from 8:00am – 8:00pm.

Please note:

• Pool towels are available from Reception.
• Bathroom towels must not be taken to the pool.
• The swimming pool is closed during the winter months (June to August).

Guest Laundry

A coin-operated guest laundry is available for your convenience.

Laundry facilities include washing machines and dryers.

Laundry detergent is available for purchase from Reception.

Air Conditioning

For optimal performance, please keep your air conditioner set to 23°C or above.

Lower temperature settings may cause the system to freeze, reducing cooling efficiency.
